Parcels sent Small Packet International Air and Small Packet USA Air do not include shipment tracking number or insurance. I understand that if I choose a shipping option that does not include tracking and/or insurance coverage, I do so at my own risk and I will not hold Cariboo Jade & Gifts responsible if my parcel becomes lost or damaged en route to it’s destination.
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order you will be notified and a refund will be issued within 15 days.
