Tree Agate contains manganese and iron inclusions known as dendrites, that mimic the shape of a tree. The term dendrite comes from the Greek “dendron’ for “tree”. It is an agate variety, either translucent or opaque, mainly in white, green or brown shades.
As a healing stone, it is said to create a peaceful environment and encourages the enjoyment of each moment. Dendritic Agate brings stability and perseverance in times of strife or change.
