Description
This one of a kind B.C. jade carving by Canadian artist Abraham Su features a large jade bear with fish mounted on a rough jade base. The bear is carved from the bright, translucent marbled green jade that is often referred to as “Polar Jade” as the Polar Jade Mine is famous for producing this quality of jade. The bear is approximately 6.5 cm high, 10 cm long and 6 cm wide and sits on a rough jade base 7 x 16.5 x 11.5 cm. The bear is numbered and signed by the artist on it’s foot, and comes with certificate signed by the artist.
