Description
Hand carved British Columbia nephrite jade eagle with gold plated talons clutching jade fish. Etched detailing on head and tail. Eagle is mounted with brass pin on partially polished, partial naturally shaped jade stone base. Eagle is approximately 6 cm (2.36″) from fish to wing tip and 1.5 cm (0.6″) wide. Bases vary in shape, size and colour but approximately 7 x 3 x 3 cm (2.75 x 1.18 x 1.18″).
